Here are some frequently asked questions that will help you use our companion and instructor sites. If you have additional questions, please call our customer service department at 800-818-7243 available Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 5:00pm PST.

How do I access the Instructor Teaching Site?
If you already have an existing SAGE account, then simply use your current user name and password to logon to the Instructors’ site. If you have not created an account, please click on the link for first time users and follow the instructions to establish your account. Please note that it will take 24-48 hours to activate your account. If you have additional questions, please contact customer service at (800) 818-7243 or your sales representative.
If you get the following errors, please do the following:
Error: The file or page you tried to access is only available to signed in users. Sign in below or create an account to access the file.
This error just means that you are trying to access a page that is password protected. If you have an account, sign in with your approved email address and password. You will be directed to the Instructor Teaching Site.
Please correct the following errors: The email address entered was not found. Please try again or create a new account with that email address.
If you have previously created an account with us, please contact Customer Service immediately at (800) 818-7243. Please make sure to have your email address ready. If you recently maded updates to your account, make sure to let the representative know.
If you have not created an account with us, please enter your email address on the 'New Customers' Email box.
The password you entered is incorrect. Please try again or click Forgot your Password?
If you don't know your password, click on the 'Forgot your Password' link as directed. You will receive an email with a new password. You should change this password upon accessing your My account page.
If you reset your password and still cannot access your account, please contact customer service at (800) 818-7243.
How can I find out when a Student Study Site will be ready?
Please contact a sales representative. They will give you the most up to date information regarding our Student Study Sites.
I noticed some issues with some of the Student Study Sites. Who can I contact regarding site problems?
