NOTES FOR CONTRIBUTORS

Peer Review Policy

The review process seeks three peer reviews (anonymous) in addition to the editor's review. All review reports are returned to the author.

Where the article is accepted "subject to revisions", the author is asked to re-work and submit a separate document providing an account of how reviewer queries have been addressed. This document, the revised article, and all reviewers' comments are circulated to the original reviewers seeking their final judgement on the acceptability of the article.

All articles are de-identified and all reviewers are assigned a reviewer number. Identities of any/all parties are only known to the editor and editorial assistant.

Reviewers are asked to return reviews within four weeks. In many cases a 2- to 3-month turn-around is the norm.
