I first joined Sage as an Editorial Assistant on the Business and Management team back in 2010. I then left to become a Commissioning Editor at Macmillan Education and then worked as a freelance editor for several years. In 2018 I re-joined the Business and Management team at Sage and now work as a Senior Commissioning Editor, commissioning across a range of subjects including HRM and Organization Studies.

I began my career at Wiley Blackwell working on Psychology reference books before moving to specialist publisher Kogan Page, where I gained subject knowledge by reading manuscripts in all areas of business and management. As Commissioning Editor there I developed my own list of books in business, finance and operations, signing cutting-edge titles in data analytics and fintech. I now work on Sage’s fantastic Business and Management list where I enjoy speaking to academics who are passionate about creating textbooks students and lecturers will love.
