Chapter 7: Learning at 'M' level and Continuing Professional Development

  • Q7
      (a) Reflect on and improve their practice, and take responsibility for identifying and meeting their developing professional needs
    • (b) Identify priorities for their early professional development in the context of induction.

Reflection should be built into teaching from the very beginning. This document encourages trainees to reflect on their teaching whilst evaluating and to record these to aid in future development.

These slides can be used to demonstrate what is meant by M level and the sort of skills that trainees should be developing.
