The BSA will confirm your eligibility for the member's discount
and then forward the order to SAGE Publications for fulfillment.
Your subscription will start with the first 2005 issue unless you
specify otherwise. Subscription rates include air speeded
delivery. All orders must be prepaid. Subscriptions may only be
placed at the individual rate, be intended for the personal use
of the subscriber, and must be prepaid by personal cheque, bank
